The Whispering Tree

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with a fantasy inspired tree! I didn’t know what to draw for my art blog this week, so I decided to draw a whispy looking tree! I experimented with a few brushes and I’m very proud of the results! I really like the background, especially! Overall, I had a blast drawing this and I hope I can come up with something different! Art Block

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with something completely different! Since I couldn’t come up with any ideas to draw for this week, I decided to take my confusion and put it into my art! This is my interpretation of what art block looks like! The butterfly is blurry to show confusion, and the blocks are there because of art block! I put a lot of effort into this drawing, and I think I did a great job! I really like how the blocks came out! Overall, I had a blast drawing this and I hope I won’t have art block again! Thanks for reading, and I will see you again next week! 

Happy Valentines Day

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with something a little different! To celebrate the upcoming holiday that’s Valentines Day, I decided to draw some hearts with a pink to red palette! I feel like I could’ve used different colors, but I kinda like how this turned out! My favorite part personally has to be the red center! Overall, I had fun drawing this and I hope I can come up with something different! I’d like to wish you all a happy Valentines Day, and enjoy some delicious candy! Flower Field

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with another nature drawing! Since I was a little busy this week, I wanted to whip up something quick and pretty to keep you all entertained. So I drew flowers! From left to right, the flowers I drew was a sunflower, a chrysanthemum, and some peonies! I tried to add a little detail to each one, and I think I did a good job! Quite The Blast

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with something a little different! I know New Years was last year, but I felt like drawing some fireworks for this week! I messed around with different brushes to make some fireworks, and I think I did a good job with them! I also added some clouds in the background just to add some detail! It took me a few hours to draw this, and I think all that time paid off! I know it’s late to say this, but happy new year! I hope this year will be better than last year! Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with another drink! This one is supposed to be a watermelon margarita with mint leaves! While I was eating at the same restaurant my Uncle and Grandma were at last week, I noticed this placard that was advertising the same drink as pictured! So I used the placard as a reference and BOOM! This drawing was born! I didn’t know how to shade the watermelon at first, but I think it turned out good! Overall, I had drawing this and I hope that next week’s art can be just as good! Thanks for reading, and I will see you again next week!

Drinking Night

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with something different! I was out with my Grandma and were were having lunch with my Uncle and he ordered a margarita! When it arrived, it came in this beautiful glass with green swirls in it! It was unlike anything we had seen, it was truly unique! So I got out my phone and took a picture and voilà! This drawing was born! I can’t really drink alcohol because of my medication, but I have to admit that it was really pretty! I think it was a lime margarita that my Uncle had ordered, but I can’t remember! The swirls were a little difficult, but I think they turned out okay! Overall, I had a blast drawing this and I hope I can draw more like it! Thanks for reading, and I will see you again next week!
