No Update Tomorrow

I want to make a quick announcement that there will be no update tomorrow due to the fact that I will be busy with a big event in real life. I have to help a relative set up for a barbecue. Perspective Art Practice

 

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with a perspective art practice that my best friend recommended! She wanted to help me with my artwork, so I took her advice with perspective art! I didn’t use any guidelines to draw this, and I think it turned out okay! I could’ve done better with the circle, but I can still try to improve! Overall, I had a little fun drawing this and I can’t wait to show you what else I have drawn! Ladybug

 

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with an insect art piece! It’s a lady bug on a leaf! Originally, I was going to draw a group of hydrangeas, but they looked too complicated, so I decided to draw a ladybug since it was my Plan B! I tried to put in a lot of detail into this art piece, and I think it really paid off! I’m especially pleased with how the shading on the ladybug came out. Overall, I’m very proud of this drawing and am considering drawing more bug related art pieces! Thanks for reading, and I will see you again next week!

Little Debbie Fancy Cakes

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with another dessert related art piece! These are Little Debbie fancy cakes! I wanted to draw these because they’re my favorite dessert. I could eat these everyday. The only thing I don’t like about them is the little girl that appears on the packaging. She gives me the creeps. Anyway, a fact about Little Debbie’s is that the little girl was modeled after O.D. McKee’s granddaughter. I had a little trouble with the icing and felt like I could’ve drawn them better, but maybe I can improve! Overall, I had fun drawing this! Thanks for reading, and I will see you again next week!
