No Update For A While

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and I want to announce that there won’t be a blog update for a month or so because I have art block and I’m still packing up stuff because we’re moving soon. Black Cat

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with a drawing of a black cat to celebrate the up and coming season of Halloween! Recently I’ve discovered that I love the fall season, even if I‘m not that much into the pumpkin spice latte that girls love to drink this time of year. But before that, I’ve been fascinated with black cats, despite their history of “bad luck”. I used a set of different brushes to draw this, and I think it turned out well! Overall, I had fun drawing this, and I’d love to draw more pictures like this! Thanks for reading, and I will see you again next week!

Where The Red Fern Grows

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with another nature drawing! I was sitting on the couch watching movies with my Grandma earlier this week and we watched “Where The Red Fern Grows” and I thought, “Hey! That’s something I could draw!” And that’s how this drawing came to be! I had a little difficulty drawing the ferns, and I don’t think they look the best, but I can improve next time! I had fun drawing this though, despite the difficulties! I’m proud of this drawing, and I hope my next idea turns out good! Thanks for reading, and I will see you again next week!
