Cloudy Day

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with another nature drawing. This one is supposed to be a tree on a hill with a grassy field and a cloudy sky behind it. Personally, I think I did a good job on the clouds and grass! I used two different brushes for the grass and clouds. To make the grass look lighter, I lowered the opacity a bit! It’s a little trick I learned a while back! Overall, I’m really proud of hoe this turned out and it was fun drawing it! Thanks for reading, and I will see you again next week!

Drop of Rainbow

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with something spontaneous! I was gonna draw another nature piece, but then this idea came to me at the last second, so I went with this instead! I’d describe this as a drop of a rainbow, with a flare in the middle! I used a filter to make this not look so harsh on the eyes, I hope it helps you, dear viewer! In The Forest

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with another nature drawing. I’m feeling much better now after my break and I’m ready to start drawing again! As you can see I do a dirt path with some grass and leaves behind it to create a scene of a forest! It took a lot of effort but I think it paid off well for this drawing! I’ve started using special filters to make the trees look a different shade from the grass, and I think it’s really useful! Overall I had fun trying this and I can’t wait to draw more like it. The Forest

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with another nature drawing! It’s a drawing of a forest, but from a different perspective! It took quite a bit of work to draw this, but I think it was well worth it in the end! I had a little difficulty with the trees in the background, but I pushed right through it! Grove of Trees

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with another nature drawing! I was watching a movie about this boy that was trying to play football, and I saw a scene where a grove of trees was the background, so I decided “Hey! That can be my next drawing!” So here it is! I put a lot of effort into this, and I think it paid off in the end! I wish I could’ve made the grass a little darker, but overall, I had fun drawing this! Tree of Flowers

 

Hello, Olivia Rain here, and this week I return with another nature drawing! I drew a tree with flowers in it! It took a bit of work, but I think it was worth it in the end! I don’t know what else to say, so I’ll tell you a few tricks I did for this! I darkened the grass using the multiply filter, I lowered the opacity for some parts of it, and I even lowered the opacity for the blossoms in the back!
